How to use
- Charge fully via USB before first use
- Place flat on the floor, rest both bare feet on it
- Press "+" to turn on, "M" to select mode
- Press "+"/"−" to adjust intensity
- Relax 15–20 min; auto shuts off
- Press "−" to "0," then again to turn off (both feet must stay on to work)
