Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Canada.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing info@novelya.co. After that, cancellation may no longer be possible.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging where applicable.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

How do I request a return or refund?
Email info@novelya.co with your order number and reason for return, our team will guide you from there.

How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
